Hello FAST families,
Great job to all our swimmers who competed this weekend at the QPlex Outdoor Meet! It may have rained on Saturday, but it didn't put a damper on our spirits!
Reminder that today is the last day to do fundraising for Swim-a-thon! Final prizes to be announced this week.
New summer schedule is starting this week, so please read carefully.

Aqua 1&2: OFF for the summer
Aqua 3: Last day of practice is June 28th. No Tuesday, Thursday, or Saturday practice. Friday is moved to YMCA, 6:45-8:30pm.
Aqua 4: Monday PM added, 4:45-6:30pm @ UNB. Wednesday AM moved to Thursday AM, 5:15-7:00am @ UNB. No Thursday PM swim. Friday moved to YMCA, 6:45-8:30pm. Saturday AM moved to UNB, 6:15-8:00am.
Senior: Thursday we will plan on going to the Garrison Night Market! Meet at UNB for 6:00pm!
HP: Tuesday PM added, 4:45-6:30pm @ UNB. Thursday we will plan on going to the Garrison Night Market! Meet at UNB for 6:00pm!
Aqua 4 switch, Aqua 4, Senior, and HP please sign up on the events page for July 4th LC practice by Wednesday, July 1st!

End of Season
Aqua 1 & 2 is done for the season! Enjoy your summer.
Aqua 3 will be done for the season on June 28th. Any Aqua 3 swimmers currently doing switch with Aqua 4 may continue with the Aqua 4 practice until July 31st.
Aqua 4 will be done official training on July 9th, but will have optional training until July 31st. Last HPC session is July 7th.
Senior will be done official training on July 9th, but will have optional training until July 31st. HPC will continue until July 31st as well.
HP will have optional, but highly suggested, training until July 31st. HPC will continue until July 31st as well.
All group assignments for the Fall will be sent out after July 12th when our Pre-Competitive Summer program is finished.
