Weekly Update (September 8-13)

Hello FAST families,

I hope you all had an amazing summer and were able to spend some quality time with family and relax!

Sending out a quick update on the startup schedule for next week to help with planning for our first week back.

As we take things a bit slower at the beginning of the season to help ease our athletes back into motion, the schedule will look a bit different than the full normal schedule.

Please Note:

Schedule still subject to change.

Location for Aqua 2 & 3 dryland is still TBD so will update when we have a location ASAP.

Senior (red & black), first week back Wednesday looks a bit different. Practices will not normally be on the schedule. It will normally just be HPC for senior black and the night off for senior red, but no swim.
