Weekly Update (October 27 - November 2)
Hello FAST families,
I hope you all had a great week!
Slight update to the schedule, and please note the changes to the schedule for next weekend and the Premier #1 meet in St Stephen!
We are still continuing to be in contact with UNB and the various user groups to work together on better possible practice times, and you will be the first to know if anything new comes to light!
Please Note:
A1,2,3 – All Dance Studio drylands are back on! Slightly different schedule:
- Aqua 1 = Monday PM after YMCA practice from 6:00-6:45pm
- Aqua 2 = Nothing this week because of Premier 1, but will normally be Sundays 9:30-10:15am before water practice at UNB
- Aqua 3 = Nothing this week because of Premier 1, but will normally be Sundays 6:00-6:45pm before water practice at UNB
A1&2 – NO practice on Friday, October 31st for Halloween!
No practice for A1, 2, & 3 on Sunday due to Premier #1
Aqua 4, notice change in practice time Friday night, just for this week
Senior Black, notice the practice time change from Wed AM to Tues AM going forward

Swim NB Top 3 Camp and Awards Gala
For those who registered for the Camp, here is the schedule:
@ Miramichi Valley High School
11:45am-12:15pm - Arrival for Camp - Check in
12:30-1:00pm - On Deck Activation/Group Meeting
1:00-3:00pm - Pool Practice
3:15-4:00pm - Dryland Practice
4:00pm - Pick Up and Banquet Prep
Swimmers are asked to bring their water bottle, gear bag, and a yoga mat if you have one for dryland.

2025 FAST / ASF Holiday Wreath Fundraiser
It’s almost that time of the year again! FAST will once again be selling Holiday Wreaths as a fundraiser in partnership with Artistic Swimming Fredericton.
There are 12” circular wreaths, 16” circular wreaths, and 24” Candy Cane shaped wreaths available. (see graphic attached)
The profit per wreath is $10. Profits from the first 5 wreaths go to FAST, profit from your 6th and up wreaths will be applied as a credit on your FAST account (see table below for examples of profit allocation for this fundraiser.
