Weekly Update (October 20 - October 26)
Hello FAST families,
I hope everyone had a great long weekend and got to spend some time with family and friends and enjoyed some great food!
This week’s schedule is finally looking like it will be more permanent! We are still working on trying to find better options for some of the later nights in the younger group schedules and we will update if that is the case, but it is looking much better. We are hoping, baring any pool issues or last-minute changes, that this will be the schedule going forward at least for the next few weeks. Some consistency will be very welcome!
Also, good luck to Sara McNabb who is racing at World Cup in Toronto this weekend (October 23-25)! We know you'll make us #FASTproud
Please Note:
A1,2,3 – All Dance Studio drylands are still canceled this week. Now that we have a more permanent schedule, we can nail down some dryland times to compliment it.
Aqua 2 – Sunday AM is TBD right now, will confirm!

11:45am-12:15pm - Arrival for Camp - Check in
12:30-1:00pm - On Deck Activation/Group Meeting
1:00-3:00pm - Pool Practice
3:15-4:00pm - Dryland Practice
4:00pm - Pick Up and Banquet Prep

Reminder:
Swim NB has asked clubs to remind their members, that if they have any questions about meets, camps, events, etc., to please reach out to our coaches or FAST Office. Our coaching staff is well versed in the technical goings on and will generally be able to answer any questions you may have. If we don’t, we will find out for you! This just saves a million of the same questions from all the clubs being directed to Swim NB when we can solve them in house first.
