Weekly Schedule & Updates

Hello FAST families, 

Congrats to all of the athletes who have enjoyed a great weekend of competition at East Coast Champs this weekend in Saint John. Best of luck to swimmers in their Sunday night finals & at Open Water's tomorrow! 

Below is our schedule for the week - practices remain mandatory for athletes attending Canada Games or Short Course Nationals, but are optional going forward for all swimmers who are done competing for the season.
