Weekly Update - May 18th - May 25th 2026
Hello FAST families,

Good luck to all the Next Gen and HP swimmers attending the training camp to Halifax next weekend!
Please Note:
Aqua 1: Monday PM (May 18th) is canceled, both swim and dryland. Friday (May 22nd) is extended to 4:30-6:15pm at the FIP.
Aqua 2: Monday PM (May 18th) is canceled
Aqua 3: Thursday PM (May 21st) is moved to 4:15-6:00pm at the FIP. Friday PM (May 22nd) is extended to 4:00-5:45pm at the FIP.
Aqua 4: Note the updated end time for Wednesday AM (May 20th) is 5:45-7:20am
Senior: Monday AM (May 18th) is canceled. Friday PM (May 22nd) is moved to UNB 7:15-9:00pm. Next Monday AM (May 25) will also be canceled.

Please see attached document for more information regarding Swim-a-thon.
The Swim-a-thon is our team's biggest fundraiser every year and is a fun team building opportunity for the swimmers!
Mid/End of-Season Parent Meetings
Stay tuned for upcoming group parent meetings in the coming couple weeks, dates/times/locations will be sent out this week.
These meetings will be geared toward specific group needs, issues, or information, and it is highly encouraged that each family has representation at each of their swimmer's groups' meetings.
Grad Celebration
This year's grad celebration will be held on May 26th at the New Maryland Center from 6:00-8:00pm.
We hold this event every year to celebrate our graduating swimmers, reminisce over memories of their swimming career, and wish them well as they enter the next exciting chapter of their lives!
This event is open to all competitive swimmers, but as we have limited space, only parents/guardians of graduating swimmers are invited.
If your swimmer is interested in attending, please sign up here on our events page by May 22nd.
