Weekly Update - March 30th - April 6th 2026
Hello FAST families,
Good luck to our Aquanauts competing at East Coast Champs this weekend! Great job so far, keep it up!
Please double check the schedule below as there are some changes for the weekend practices due to Easter pool hours and giving a bit of time to families for the long weekend. Back to the grind next week!
Please Note:
Aqua 1&2 - Monday (April 6th) PM practice is OFF. Aqua 3 - Sunday (April 5th) OFF for Easter
Aqua 4 - Classroom Tuesday (March 31st) @ 5:45-6:45pm in Rm C210. Friday (April 3rd) PM OFF. Sunday (April 5th) PM OFF.
Senior - Monday (March 30) NO AM practice. Monday (April 6th) AM practice is ON but PM is OFF.
HP - Friday (April 3rd) PM is OFF (including dryland, HPC is closed). Monday (April 6th) we will do AM practice 5:45-7:45 AM instead of PM practice.

Pool Party!
There will be a Celebration of Aquatics in Fredericton on April 15 from 5:00-7:00pm at Picaroons.
This event is for all ages, so come out and bring the family!
