Weekly Update - April 6th - April 12th 2026
Hello FAST families,
Happy Easter / Long Weekend to you all! I hope you all get to enjoy some quality time with family and friends this weekend.
We have a busy weekend coming up with multiple things going on, so please read the schedule carefully.
You all should have received an email regarding FAST team and individual photo day coming up on April 12th. Please see below for details.
Please Note:
Aqua 1&2 - Monday (April 6th) PM practice is OFF.
Aqua 3 - LC practice Saturday, April 11th from 4:15-6:30pm at CGAC (if you attend LC, AM practice is OFF, and vice versa. Just do one.)
Aqua 4 - Welcom to join Monday morning (April 6th) 5:45-7:45am at the FIP, but are not required. LC practice Saturday, April 11th from 4:15-6:30pm at CGAC (if you attend LC, AM practice is OFF, and vice versa. Just do one.)
Senior (red & black) - Monday (April 6th) AM practice is ON but PM is OFF. LC practice Saturday, April 11th from 4:15-6:30pm at CGAC (if you attend LC, AM practice is OFF, and vice versa. Just do one.)
HP - Monday (April 6th) we will do AM practice 5:45-7:45 AM instead of PM practice. LC practice Saturday, April 11th from 4:15-6:30pm at CGAC (if you attend LC, AM practice is OFF, and vice versa. Just do one.)
***Aqua 4, Senior, & HP*** Yousef is doing testing at HPC on Saturday, April 11th from 9:00-10:30am. All need to attend this session so he can assess where you are at and plan appropriately for the rest of the season.

FAST Team and Individual Picture Day
Nikki Jay, a local professional photographer, is coming in on April 12th to take individual swimmer portraits as well the team photo.
The photo session will take place at the Lady Beaverbrook Gym (main gym in the pool building) from **1:00 PM to 4:00 PM**. Please make sure your child is already wearing their swimsuit or tech suit, along with their Black Fast T-shirt, before arriving at their assigned time block.
Everyone will be taking a picture to create a team composite picture. Individual portraits are optional (see booking link below)
Unfortunately we won't be able to offer an alternate photo day.
For individual and team photos, each swimmer should bring:
Their best smile
Their black team training suit or tech suit (Aqua 4, Senior, HP only)
Cap and/or goggles (optional)
Their black FAST team T-shirt (required)
To book and order individual portraits, please use this link and make sure to book your swimmer(s) under their correct group. If a swimmer cannot attend during their assigned time but is able to come earlier or later, we can accommodate.
If you do not plan to purchase a photo package, you do not need to register - simply bring them at the assigned group time so your child is included in the team photo.
Pool Party!
There will be a Celebration of Aquatics in Fredericton on April 15 from 5:00-7:00pm at Picaroons.
This event is for all ages, so come out and bring the family!
